As chairman of the board of the Jewish Home of Rochester, a leading provider of services for seniors, Al guides strategic planning, growth, innovation, and collaboration with community stakeholders.
As President of the New York Israel Chamber of Commerce, a non-profit dedicated to creating and connecting the ecosystem to accelerate bi-lateral trade between New York and Israel, Al brings insight, relationships, and events that stimulate connections.
Prior to starting Strategic Interests, Al worked for McKinsey & Company and other top-tier professional services firms, where he helped clients address strategic issues and introduce innovation to improve performance. He also served as a leader in global technology management for Xerox and Kodak Health Group where he commercialized new solutions, enabled the transition from products to solutions and services, and introduced new models of growth through Segment-Specific Market Attack Plans.
Al received an MBA from the Darden School of Business at the University of Virginia.
